T&T Hotel Consulting was founded by Oliver Thiele and is run together with the next generation of the family. We combine decades of hands-on hospitality experience with cross-border real estate expertise — bridging Turkish and Mediterranean hotel assets with European and international capital.
We are deliberately boutique. Every mandate is handled by a partner, not passed down a hierarchy. Our German-Turkish roots and offices in Wilmington, Istanbul and Munich let us work both sides of a cross-border transaction natively — language, law, culture and capital.
