A family firm, built on two continents

Meet the team

T&T Hotel Consulting was founded by Oliver Thiele and is run together with the next generation of the family. We combine decades of hands-on hospitality experience with cross-border real estate expertise — bridging Turkish and Mediterranean hotel assets with European and international capital.

We are deliberately boutique. Every mandate is handled by a partner, not passed down a hierarchy. Our German-Turkish roots and offices in Wilmington, Istanbul and Munich let us work both sides of a cross-border transaction natively — language, law, culture and capital.

Off-market means off-market. No listings, no leaks — assets and identities are protected until an NDA is signed.

Both, but never on the same transaction. Every mandate is exclusive to one side of the table, agreed in writing before any work begins. Our independence — no ties to operators, brands or funds — is the basis of our advice.

Opportunities are sourced through direct owner and family-office relationships built over years — nothing is listed or marketed publicly. Qualified counterparties sign an NDA and provide proof of funds; only then are asset identities and data rooms disclosed.

Transaction mandates are success-based, with terms agreed in the mandate letter. Advisory work — feasibility, concept, asset management — is fee-based. There are no hidden retrocessions from operators or brands, ever.

Typically €5M to €100M+ across Türkiye, the DACH region, Southern Europe and selected US opportunities — operating hotels, development land and branded residence projects.
